• Precise Location: Collected only when you start a GPS-based walking or running activity to track distance, pace, and route. If you enable background tracking, location may continue to be collected only during an active walking or running session when the screen is off or the app is in your pocket, to ensure accurate activity tracking.
• Activity Data: Steps, distance, pace, calories, duration, and walk/run history.
• Generated Content: Maps and images of your walks or runs that you may choose to save or share.
• Optional Inputs: Weight, height, water intake, and heart rate, if you choose to enter them.
• Device / Analytics: FullStep does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services.

2. How We Use Data

• To track and display your walking and running activities.
• To calculate distance, pace, calories burned, and other fitness statistics.
• To generate route maps and activity summaries.
• To allow you to review your activity history and progress over time.

3. Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
• Activity data is shared off-device only when you explicitly choose to share an activity (such as a map image or stats) using your device’s share options.
• All activity and location data is stored locally on your device. FullStep does not maintain a backend server for storing personal fitness data.

4. Storage and Retention

• Your activity history, location data linked to activities, and generated images are stored on your device until you delete them.
• You may delete activities at any time within the app.
• Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data.

5. User Control

• You can enable or disable location and background location permissions at any time through your device settings.
• You can control background tracking within the app.
• Background location, if enabled, is used only during active walking or running sessions to ensure accurate tracking. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or data profiling.

6. Children’s Privacy

FullStep is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

7. Security

FullStep uses standard security practices. Any data transmitted uses secure connections where applicable, and locally stored data remains on your device.
